Klickitat County iMap GIS Tool
The Klickitat County iMap Interactive Mapping application is the main GIS tool for property research. It shows ownership parcels, state and county roads, waterways, zoning, district boundaries, aerial photography, and topo contour lines all on one map. The application is mobile responsive and supports touch-screen devices for phones and tablets.
Desktop users see five menu choices: Tools, Search, Bookmarks, Export, and Map Layers. Smaller screens show three menus accessed through a hamburger icon. Screen orientation affects which menus appear, so rotating a phone between landscape and portrait may reveal more options. You can generate printable maps with legend, scale, and north arrow in 8.5x11 or 11x17 sizes. Markup tools let you draw and annotate directly on the map. A direct link to the Klickitat County Treasurer Property Lookup is integrated within the iMap tool set.
The county also provides a GIS overview PDF with screenshots of menus and tools at klickitatcounty.gov/524/Interactive-Mapping-Program. This is useful if you're new to the system and want a visual walkthrough before diving in.
