Skagit County Treasurer and Tax Payments

The Skagit County Treasurer's Office serves about 80 local government districts and manages all property tax collections and fund distribution. Skagit County Washington Property Tax Records

Property taxes are due April 30 for the first half and October 31 for the second half. If your total property tax is less than $50.00, the full year must be paid by April 30 under RCW 84.56.020. Payments can be made online with a check or credit card. Check payments carry a $1.00 fee; credit card payments carry a 2.35% fee.
